Founder, Marco Di Giacomo has taken all his hospitality experience and poured it into creating a company full of talented people with super strengths. He has a knack for spotting great attitude, work ethic and will go out of his way to invest his time in the right people!

FRESHEST PRODUCE

Italian flavours cannot be invented – they require the use of authentic Italian produce, of the highest quality. In our central kitchen in Hong Kong, batches of pizza and bread doughs and pasta are produced daily. We are always able to ensure optimal freshness and quality of our finished product.

To make this happen we go that extra mile, we work directly with Italian producers to bring the tastiest ingredients to Hong Kong and let our chefs transform them into memorable dishes. Hungry?

MARCO DI GIACOMO

Hospitality is about putting personal expertise at the service of the patron’s optimal experience.

A lesson learnt over the years and experiences, working and then setting up restaurants in Italy and Europe. Jack of all trades, Marco first started learning in his father’s restaurants, following him from London to Australia to Germany.
After a first independent experience as the youngest Maitre D on a cruise ship, Marco was back in Italy and opened his first pizzeria, Giabar. Followed by more hospitality ventures before packing up Italy and setting up – Italian – restaurants in his new home, Hong Kong. Keen to create the optimal hospitality experience for the restaurants’ patrons, Marco has surrounded himself with expertise in all matters – the only condition: that it be put towards always improving the customer experience.
